The Publisher of the Rank International Journal of Computer Science & Multidisciplinary Research (RAINCOMES-PAK) is responsible for ensuring that the journal operates with absolute integrity, transparency, independence, and adherence to internationally recognized standards of scholarly publishing.

2Publisher Mission & Editorial Independence

• Promote high-quality scholarly research and foster international academic collaboration.
• Ensure global accessibility through Open Access publishing policies.
• Respect the complete editorial independence of the Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board.
• Never influence editorial decisions for commercial, political, or institutional gain.

3Publication Ethics & Integrity Governance

The Publisher shall establish, maintain, and enforce policies addressing research integrity, COPE publication ethics, plagiarism screening, authorship dispute resolution, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) disclosure standards.

4Support for the Editorial Office

• Provide robust manuscript management systems and web infrastructure.
• Support DOI registration, metadata indexation, and long-term digital archiving.
• Facilitate copyediting, proofreading, typesetting, and production operations.
• Ensure website security, data protection, and regular automated backups.

5Open Access, Copyright & Licensing

• Free, unrestricted online access to all published articles under Open Access terms.
• Protect authors intellectual property rights and clearly define licensing terms.
• Ensure digital preservation across permanent repositories and index databases.

6Financial Transparency & Complaints Handling

Publication fees (if applicable) shall be clearly disclosed without hidden charges. Publication fees do not influence editorial acceptance decisions. Complaints, appeals, or ethics concerns shall be handled promptly, fairly, and confidentially.

7Data Protection & Security

• Safeguard author, reviewer, and editor personal data in compliance with privacy laws.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of manuscript submissions prior to publication.
• Ensure all digital systems remain secure against unauthorized access.
